- Press on the middle of the chest
- Pace 100-120/minute
- Compression depth at least 5 cm, no more than 6 cm
- Release completely after each compression, maintaining skin contact
- 30 chest compressions followed by 2 breaths, 30:2
- Blow in until the chest rises
- One inhalation should take 1 second
- Minimize interruptions
- Hard surface if possible
