  • Press on the middle of the chest
  • Pace 100-120/minute
  • Compression depth at least 5 cm, no more than 6 cm
  • Release completely after each compression, maintaining skin contact
  • 30 chest compressions followed by 2 breaths, 30:2
  • Blow in until the chest rises
  • One inhalation should take 1 second
  • Minimize interruptions
  • Hard surface if possible
