Media is a strong representation of how we as individuals or society view current events and other concepts. For many, this can be seen in history, particularly in the United States during the great depression. The government funded a project that involved photographers. These would come to be known as FSA Photographs. The Farm Security Administration (FSA) had hired a few photographers, including Dorthea Lange, a photographer who we will be covering in this lesson.
